pointsCache is:

A new multi-purpose points-based incentive management system created by AllStarRewards, Inc.   Most points-based rewards programs, are specific to one business (one airline, one gas company, one hotel chain, one chain of stores, etc.).  There are also a number of online points-based reward programs, however, they are specifically for online retailers.  As far as we know, pointsCache is the only generic customer rewards program that offers the advantages of an online management system to a variety of local (and even national) brick-and-mortar businesses.

Overview - Points-based customer rewards programs have become a way of life in almost every sector of our economy.  Many businesses realize a reduction in the cost of acquiring new customers and generating a larger customer base, while keeping existing customers by rewarding loyalty.

The pointsCache system is designed to meet the needs of a very large market of Clients who want to use incentives to increase sales, customer referrals, attendance, etc., but need to give rewards in smaller increments than is possible with other programs.  Because Members can earn points from a number of different sources, no one Client has to pay for the whole program.  In addition, we know that consumers want convenience and choices, both in the type of reward available and the method in which they access and redeem it.

pointsCache allows for a wide choice of reward types and locations (both Web-based and physical stores) and gives participants more control over when and where to redeem them, and the ability to track the order from initiation to delivery. 

 

How it Works:

After registering with us as a participating merchant, we will help you set up your customized points awards program, one that fits your goals and budget, and maximizes the use of points in growing your business.  You will choose how many points to buy (at really good rates), and decide how many points to give away for the actions you would like to see, e.g. 500 points for a referral, or 100 points for a restaurant meal. 


Your account executive will provide you with cards to hand out, and marketing materials to make your customers aware of your new program.  You will also be able to post online coupons and ads on our site so that all members can view them.  We handle all of the order fullfillment for rewards for you, and best of all, customer service is available to help you with any problems.


When your customers receive points from your business and many other participating merchants who they shop or work with, they can redeem them for brand name gifts that they want.  This creates a buzz amongst existing and prospective new members, and your business will benefit from the excitement generated from within a group of motivated members, looking to build their points "cache"
